All pieces are tailored according to the customer's request and specifications, therefore there are no returns or exchanges except in the following cases: Cases permitted for exchange or return: - A manufacturing defect in the piece, which must be reported within 24 hours of the customer receiving the piece (excess threads are not considered a manufacturing defect as they can be removed with scissors without damaging the piece). - The piece arriving in a different size than requested, with measurements taken in inches and a photo provided. - All notes and requested modifications must be mentioned at the first request for adjustment. Any additional modifications mentioned later are considered a new service and may incur shipping fees or may not be feasible. - The product arriving different from the customer's request. - The color arriving different from the customer's request. - Delivery/shipping fees are specific to the shipping company and cannot be refunded. The store has the right to refuse an exchange or return request in the following cases: - When the piece has been washed incorrectly and the washing, drying, and ironing instructions were not followed. - Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of receipt; no exchange or return is accepted after 24 hours in case of a manufacturing defect claim, as the store is not responsible for any damage resulting from use, ironing, washing, or poor care of the piece. - If the customer has modified the piece. - If the customer was not satisfied with the fabric type (since the type of material used is specified in the product description and the store is not responsible for the customer’s lack of knowledge about fabrics or not reading the description below the product). - A measurement increase or decrease of less than 1 inch, as this is considered normal in tailoring according to the design and material used, and is not regarded as a manufacturing defect; the store is not obliged to make adjustments. - Misuse of the piece. Please review all site policies, as completing the order by the customer indicates that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies.
